We’re working on behalf of an international consumer goods business who are looking for a RGM controller to join their team. This role has arisen due to the current incumbent moving internally. The business owns a number of leading brands in their category and has a number of exciting projects coming up over the next 12 months.
The key responsibilities are:
- Make recommendations relating to trade spend
- Provide customer business forecasts and promotional plans
- Work with demand teams to plan for promotions
- Make pack price architecture recommendations by channel
- Model key recommendations and provide impact assessments
- Develop RGM tools, policies and procedures to optimize effectiveness
- Lead and manage a RGM team of 5
What we’re looking for:
- You’ll currently be working in RGM / NRM
- Ideally you will have had some experience in a broader commercial role with P&L responsibility
- You’ll need experience of working for a consumer goods business that sells into grocery
- Strong analytical skills with experience presenting recommendations to senior management
- Previous people management experience is essential
