Lime Talent is a search firm specialising in FMCG and consumer products. We are based in Wimbledon, London, recruiting for companies all over the UK and internationally. We match high quality candidates to businesses of all sizes, from small start-ups to leading blue chip brands.

Our history

Lime was co-founded in 2013 by Chris, Dan and Paul. At the time, each had around 10 years of experience recruiting for businesses in consumer goods. The goal was to create a business that could recruit for sales, marketing and supply chain vacancies for businesses of all sizes in the FMCG market. At the same time, we wanted to create a performance lead culture underpinned by offering excellent client service.

Since then, we have grown quickly and now have separate divisions for graduates, NPD & technical which are all run by experienced recruiters or people with relevant industry experience for their area.

How we work today

We treat each client and candidate individually and look to find the perfect match; the organisation that is right for the individual, and the talent that is right for the company. As part of our focus on quality, our consultants are measured on the ratio of first to second interviews they book rather than on the CVs they send to ensure we only ever put forward candidates who we think would be perfectly suited to the position. We also offer a free replacement as standard if someone leaves within the rebate period to ensure we get the right person for your business.

Meet the Team

Dan Hodge

Director

Dan is a founding Director at Lime Talent. He started his career in 2006 placing senior level, permanent and interim candidates into marketing and commercial roles. Exceptionally skilled in filling positions in the consumer goods sector, Dan leads a team of talented consultants whose client list includes a range of publicly listed, private equity backed and privately owned businesses.

Chris McWade

Director

Chester-born Chris, has an unrivalled network of commercial candidates within the consumer goods industry. In addition to this, he has worked with many of the UK’s leading consumer brands and also with SME manufacturers from around the globe. Having started his career in 2002, Chris brings a wealth of experience to the team at Lime Talent.

Paul Jackson

Director

Paul Jackson is co-founder of Lime Talent. He started his career in 2004 and has extensive experience placing senior Supply Chain, Buying, Technical and NPD candidates with some of the world’s leading consumer goods brands and exciting high growth startups.

Carl Costigan

Associate Director

Originally from Tipperary in Ireland, Carl graduated with a Degree in Marketing before moving to London in 2015 to pursue a career in recruitment. He joined Lime Talent in 2023 as Associate Director for Manufacturing, Engineering & Digitalization where he leads an International recruitment desk, he has a track record of placing with some of the world’s leading consumer brands along with some high growth start ups

Charlotte Lawrence

Consultant

With a Bachelor of Science and a Retail Management background, Charlotte joined Lime as a researcher where she has since moved into a consultant role, sourcing top-level candidates for relevant roles. She is an analytical thinker with a passion for helping people progress in their careers.

Harriet Sutton

Consultant

Harriet is a skilled Consultant at Lime Talent, specializing in commercial and marketing roles within the FMCG and consumer industries. Starting her career in executive search, Harriet brings a deep understanding of client needs and candidate fit.
