Business Manager – Wholesale & Convenience
Location: London (hybrid, 3 days a week in the office)
Package: £60,000-£70,000 + £5,000 car allowance + 15% bonus
We’re working with a well-established, branded FMCG business that’s looking for a Wholesale & Convenience Business Manager to own and grow its presence across the channel.
The role
- Take ownership of a portfolio of key wholesale and convenience customers
- Build and deliver joint business plans that drive distribution, visibility and growth
- Lead negotiations on annual terms, promotions and listings
- Work closely with marketing, category and supply chain colleagues to bring plans to life in store
- Track performance against targets and spot new opportunities across the channel
What you’ll bring
- Account management experience in the UK wholesale and/or convenience channel (this is essential)
- A background in FMCG or drinks
- A strong grasp of how the channel works, from wholesaler and symbol group relationships to depot and route-to-market dynamics
- Confident negotiation skills and a commercial, data-led approach
- Strong relationship-building skills, plus the drive to grow a brand within the channel
