Lime Talent was founded in 2013 by Chris, Dan and Paul, each bringing more than a decade of experience recruiting within the consumer goods sector.
The ambition was simple: to create a specialist search partner dedicated to consumer brands. More than a decade later, we remain focused exclusively on the FMCG and consumer sectors, helping businesses attract exceptional leadership talent across commercial, marketing, operations and supply chain functions.

Dan is a founding Director at Lime Talent. He started his career in 2006 placing senior level, permanent and interim candidates into marketing and commercial roles. Exceptionally skilled in filling positions in the consumer goods sector, Dan leads a team of talented consultants whose client list includes a range of publicly listed, private equity backed and privately owned businesses.

Chester-born Chris, has an unrivalled network of commercial candidates within the consumer goods industry. In addition to this, he has worked with many of the UK’s leading consumer brands and also with SME manufacturers from around the globe. Having started his career in 2002, Chris brings a wealth of experience to the team at Lime Talent.

Paul Jackson is co-founder of Lime Talent. He started his career in 2004 and has extensive experience placing senior Supply Chain, Buying, Technical and NPD candidates with some of the world’s leading consumer goods brands and exciting high growth startups.
Associate Director
Originally from Tipperary in Ireland, Carl graduated with a Degree in Marketing before moving to London in 2015 to pursue a career in recruitment. He joined Lime Talent in 2023 as Associate Director for Manufacturing, Engineering & Digitalization where he leads an International recruitment desk, he has a track record of placing with some of the world’s leading consumer brands along with some high growth start ups
