Position: Strategy Consultant

Location: New York (hybrid)

Package: $105,000 – $125,000 + 20% Bonus

 

Lime Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing international boutique consultancy to appoint a Consultant.

The firm works with leading global organisations across technology, consumer, industrial, automotive and manufacturing sectors, helping clients solve complex strategic and operational challenges.

The Role

As a Consultant, you will work across a broad range of strategic and operational challenges, combining rigorous analysis with practical, commercially focused recommendations.

You could work on projects including:

• Developing growth and transformation strategies for leading global organisations.
• Supporting business transformation and organisational effectiveness programmes.
• Developing supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and operations strategies.
• Building strategic and operational models to inform investment, capacity, workforce and resource allocation decisions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve business performance, productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Redesigning operating models and organisational structures across a range of functions.
• Conducting market research, commercial analysis and operational due diligence to support strategic and investment decisions.
• Translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior executives.

 

About You

We’re looking for ambitious, intellectually curious individuals who enjoy solving complex problems and want exposure to some of the world’s leading businesses.

 

You will ideally have:

• Experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, investment banking, operations, engineering or a similarly analytical environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent commercial and quantitative skills.
• The ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
