Position: Growth Marketing Lead

Location: Brighton / Remote

Package: £65k-£80k + Bonus + Equity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing B2B technology business, focussed on the consumer goods industry, entering a major scale-up phase, and they’re looking for their first dedicated Growth Marketing Lead to build and own demand generation from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business with genuine momentum, strong investment behind growth, and founders who understand the value of marketing. You’ll have real autonomy, direct access to leadership, and the chance to shape the entire go-to-market engine.

The role:

• Own demand generation strategy and execution across paid, outbound and lifecycle channels

• Build and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search, email and direct mail

• Manage agency and freelance support rather than building a large internal team

• Run smart, data-driven experiments with meaningful budget already committed

• Work closely with senior leadership to drive marketing pipeline and revenue growth

• Help establish the marketing foundations for the next phase of scale

What they’re looking for:

• Someone who has operated in a scaling B2B business, ideally in the £10m-£20m growth phase

• Strong hands-on experience across demand gen, HubSpot, email sequencing, paid social and events

• Comfortable being a “team of one” while building strategy and execution simultaneously

• Commercially minded with a test-and-learn mentality

• High agency, low ego, solutions-focused attitude

• Experience selling into brand, marketing or creative audiences is a strong advantage

The package:

• Base salary £65k-£80k for the right person

• Up to 50% performance bonus
