Position: Strategic Project Manager

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Salary: £70,000-£85,000 + Benefits

We’re partnering with a high-growth, experience-led leisure and entertainment business operating multiple sites across the UK. They’re entering an exciting phase of transformation and are looking for a commercially sharp Strategic Project Manager to work directly with the CEO to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution — shaping key initiatives while ensuring disciplined delivery across digital, real estate and data transformation programmes.

If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy solving complex business problems and know how to turn strategy into tangible results, this role will give you real influence and visibility.

The Role

  • Partner directly with the CEO and executive team to shape and prioritise strategic initiatives
  • Own and drive a portfolio of cross-functional programmes spanning digital platforms, venue refurbishments and data transformation
  • Translate strategic objectives into structured, executable roadmaps
  • Coordinate stakeholders across marketing, technology, operations, finance and property
  • Establish clear governance, performance tracking and ROI measurement
  • Identify risks early and proactively drive solutions
  • Support board-level reporting and strategic decision-making

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You won’t just design the plan — you’ll make sure it happens.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience delivering complex, cross-functional programmes
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into measurable initiatives
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with data to generate insight
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, comfortable influencing at executive level
  • Solid programme management discipline across governance, risk and resource planning
  • Comfortable operating with a small team while driving organisation-wide impact

Highly Advantageous

  • Experience within leisure, hospitality, retail or multi-site consumer-facing businesses
  • Exposure to digital platforms, customer experience transformation or e-commerce ecosystems
  • Experience delivering real estate or refurbishment programmes
  • Familiarity with data, BI or customer data platforms

If you’re a commercially minded programme leader who enjoys building clarity from complexity and delivering meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you.
