Position: Senior National Account Manager – Online Grocery

Location: M4 Corridor / 3 days per week in-office

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Car Allowance & Benefits

We’re working with a leading global consumer goods brand to hire a Senior National Account Manager (Online Grocery). This is a pivotal role within the commercial team, managing some of the UK’s largest online grocery accounts, including Tesco.com and Sainsbury’s Online.

The Role

You’ll take full ownership of key online grocery customer relationships, driving sales, profit, and visibility in this high-growth channel. As a Senior NAM, you’ll be accountable for developing and delivering Joint Business Plans, managing P&L performance, and ensuring best-in-class digital execution that aligns with wider brand and in-store activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage relationships with major online grocery customers (Tesco.com, Sainsbury’s, etc.)
• Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans in collaboration with the Grocery Controller
• Deliver growth targets with full P&L accountability
• Optimise online visibility, media, and conversion across retailer platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand execution online and in-store
• Act as a category and digital expert, championing online best practices internally and externally

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in managing national accounts within consumer goods (ideally online grocery customers)
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profit delivery
• Experience managing P&L and retailer media investment
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A proactive mindset with a passion for the fast-moving online grocery channel
