Lime Talent is partnering with a fast-growing leisure group to appoint a Head of Marketing Operations.
This is a senior role created at a pivotal point in the business’s growth. Following a period of expansion and structural change, the marketing function is evolving to deliver greater consistency, clarity, and commercial impact across a complex, multi-site estate.

The role
Reporting into the Marketing Director, the Head of Marketing Operations will take ownership of how marketing activity shows up across sites, channels, and customer touchpoints.
You’ll work closely with marketing teams, operations, and site leaders to ensure campaigns, events, and always-on activity are delivered coherently, consistently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence over customer experience, execution quality, and delivery discipline.
