Position: Global Innovation Lead

Location: County Dublin, Ireland – Hybrid

We’re working on behalf of a high-growth international consumer business to appoint a Global Innovation Lead.

This is a senior, business-critical role with responsibility for a global product portfolio spanning North America and EMEA. You’ll be accountable for defining product strategy, driving portfolio performance and shaping the innovation agenda across multiple markets.

Operating at the intersection of commercial, marketing and operations, this role has significant visibility and influence at senior leadership level.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and lead the global product strategy across key international markets
• Own end-to-end portfolio performance, identifying opportunities to drive growth and profitability
• Lead the development and execution of the innovation pipeline
• Build clear, differentiated product propositions aligned to customer and market needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined execution
• Influence senior stakeholders and align regional teams behind a clear strategic direction

About you:

• Significant experience in product leadership within a consumer goods environment
• Background across personal care, home care, healthcare or closely related categories
• Track record of managing and scaling product portfolios across multiple markets (Europe and/or US)
• Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
• Comfortable operating in a matrix environment, influencing at senior level
