Position: Head of Marketing (Restaurant brand launching into grocery)
Location: Central London (3–4 days per week)
Salary: £70,000-£80,000 + Benefits
We’re working with a well-known UK hospitality brand that is entering an exciting new phase of growth and brand development.
The business has built a strong reputation through its restaurant estate and is now investing heavily in building a more distinctive national brand across multiple consumer channels, including restaurants and a new premium grocery range.
As part of this journey, they are looking to hire a Head of Marketing to shape the long-term brand strategy and elevate how the brand shows up across every consumer touchpoint.
This is a strategic but hands-on leadership role working closely with the founders and senior leadership team to define the brand platform, lead marketing execution and coordinate agency partners.
The Role
This position sits at the centre of the brand and marketing strategy for the business.
You will be responsible for defining the brand positioning and ensuring it is delivered consistently across a wide range of channels — from restaurant environments and delivery platforms through to digital marketing, PR and retail.
