Sales Manager

Our client is a mission-driven, vibrant company providing high-quality coffee, workplace consumables, and service solutions. They are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in both winning new clients and nurturing long-term partnerships.

This is a hybrid role that combines account management and business development, giving you the chance to retain and grow existing accounts while driving new client wins.

You’ll sell across a broad portfolio including coffee machines, water taps, consumables, and maintenance contracts — shaping solutions that transform workplaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and winning new office/workplace clients
  • Managing and expanding existing client accounts, ensuring retention and upsell opportunities
  • Leading the full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → negotiate → close
  • Collaborating with operations and marketing teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience (4+ years)
  • Strong track record in both new business development and account management
  • Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Confident communicator and presenter
  • Self-starter with resilience, drive, and CRM proficiency
  • (Desirable) Experience in coffee, hospitality, or facilities sectors
