Supply Chain Exec responsibilities

 

• Manage the direct to consumer orders, troubleshooting any issues with warehousing whilst ensuring a smooth order process for the customer
• Ownership of retailer orders such as the supermarkets, ensuring our all retail customers receive their orders on time and in full
• Ensure accurate and prompt invoicing of customer orders
• Managing Accounts Receivable, chasing payment and resolving delivery issues
• Managing stock reconciliation to ensure systems match physical stocks
• Setting up new products on the system, order and stock status updates

Ideally you will have some supply chain experience working in an FMCG environment although this will suit a recent graduate looking for a career in supply chain. This is a small but rapidly expending business so you will also gain exposure to the wider business functions such as Sales, Marketing and Operations.
