Supply Chain Analyst

Position: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Fully Remote working

Salary: up to £35k + Bonus

This is a great opportunity to work for a Supply Chain professional to join an exciting food brand. The brand has a range of innovative products listed in the UK grocers and internationally and are looking to expand their supply chain team. This is an SME so the role will be broad and will allow this person to get involved with all areas of supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive oversight of outbound supply chain, serving as the primary liaison customer supply chain teams.
  • Manage the stock on hand, completing stock checks and managing stock moves/returns promptly as they occur
  • Managing the processing of customer orders and collaborating with our third-party logistics provider (3PL) to ensure orders are fulfilled On Time In Full (OTIF).
  • Monitor and analyse monthly demand and ensure customer orders align with forecasts, escalating where this is not the case
  • Manage the relationship with our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse promptly addressing concerns and issues.
  • Keep sales teams informed of any stock shortages and collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to track and advise on stock availability.
  • Manage the Goods in process as port and with the 3PL
  • Work with some local suppliers to arrange collection of stock in to the warehouse
  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Manager on upcoming projects.
  • Cultivate relationships with key customers to ensure optimal supply levels, addressing supply discrepancies courteously.
  • Analyse and monitor sample deliveries to optimise cost efficiency. Coordinate with Marketing and Sales Teams
  • Undertake other ad hoc projects as assigned by the Head of Supply chain.

Experience:
