Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across key platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Create captivating and original content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to ensure content effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align social media activities with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of the digital landscape.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Organize and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and giveaways to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Utilize full autonomy in creative projects, bringing innovative ideas to the table and seeing them through to execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, within the restaurant, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging content on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve strategy.
