Lime Talent is working on behalf of a health and wellness challenger brand that is looking to hire a Shopper Marketing Manager for their team. Working as part of the marketing team this role will collaborate closely with the commercial managers to devise and execute strategies that elevate brand visibility, amplify sales, and optimize market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft Shopper Marketing Strategies:

  • Devise and execute comprehensive shopper marketing plans that align with overarching business objectives, ensuring heightened brand presence and the attainment of sales goals.
  • Identify market trends and consumer insights to tailor strategies for diverse retail channels, encompassing grocery, high street, etc.
  • Deliver compelling presentations of marketing plans and regular brand updates to marketing and commercial teams, ensuring seamless alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Forge close collaborations with sales, brand management, and product development teams to guarantee the harmonization of shopper marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with key retail partners.
  • Negotiate and implement joint business plans to intensify product visibility and stimulate sales.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and management for the flawless execution of product launches.

Merchandising Mastery:

  • Supervise the development of impactful in-store merchandising displays to optimize product visibility and enhance consumer engagement.
  • Brief and oversee external creative and design agencies for the creation of marketing materials, communications, and point-of-sale collateral.
  • Uphold consistent brand messaging and representation across all retail channels.
  • Organize and coordinate trade events to cater to the unique needs of diverse accounts.

Budgetary Brilliance:

  • Efficiently manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring the judicious allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Scrutinize and analyse the ROI of trade marketing initiatives, adapting strategies as needed.

Market Analysis Expertise:

  • Apply an analytical lens to measure marketing impact, ROI, and the ability to synthesize key findings.
  • Furnish comprehensive dashboard reporting and insights on all marketing activities for internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage market insights to refine trade marketing strategies and augment product positioning.

To apply you should display the following:

  • Proven experience in FMCG roles, ideally spanning sales and shopper marketing, with the ability to seamlessly blend commercial acumen with creative thinking.
  • Robust FMCG/retail background in planning, developing, and executing marketing plans across diverse channels.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and analysing data sources, including EPOS, IRI, Nielsen, and/or Kantar data.
  • Genuine passion for people and an ability to establish rapid, energizing connections.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, dynamism, and effectiveness in navigating fast-paced environments.
