Location: London, 1/2 days in the office
Term: 12-Month FTC
Salary: Up to £60k + benefits
This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading global food and beverage company, renowned for its commitment to health-focused and sustainable products. They are looking for an accomplished Shopper Marketing Manager to support the strategy for one of their most significant retailers. This role will have a direct impact on their business growth, driving performance while fostering collaborative and high-performing teams.
Responsibilities include:
- To deliver excellent execution within a key strategic grocery customer, responsible for the management and delivery of the Shopper strategy.
- Building effective relationships across the team and across functions working with brand and sales, and customer marketing.
- Analysis of shopper data and previous activations to provide insight for campaign plans by customer
- Working closely with and influencing the internal sales teams, clients and customers in collaboration for distribution to grocery customers.
- Support Marketing budgets conscious of ROI and making relevant effective recommendations for the future.
- Develop engaging point of sale and sampling activities.
- Assisting coordination of marketing events calendar for trade shows and activation from start to finish.
Key Requirements:
- Have relevant Shopper/Customer/Trade marketing experience from a consumer goods business.
- Experience of creating effective retailer relationships and partnerships, ideally with the Top 4 grocers.
- First class communicator, and team player with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Driven for excellence and execution.
- Autonomous and able to make an impact in self driven working environment.
- Have an understanding of shopper insights and how insight can be activated effectively.
- Brilliant business sense and executing wider brand vision.
- Clear passion for FMCG sector.
