Lime Talent is currently working on behalf of a third-party manufacturing business who are looking to hire a talented and ambitious individual to join its team as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager.

As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the digital marketing efforts of our client. Your role will be pivotal in increasing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and ultimately boosting sales for clients in the health and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with clients’ goals and objectives.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • SEO and Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO strategies and content marketing initiatives that enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and provide regular reports to track campaign performance and ROI. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for budget allocation and optimization to maximize ROI while adhering to allocated budgets.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities for CRO improvements on client websites to increase conversion rates and revenue.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to refine marketing strategies, including ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure strategies remain competitive.
  • Agency Management: Lead the relationship with digital agencies, managing budgets and driving performance.


  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge or interest in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
