Position: Senior Brand Manager

Location: Hertfordshire (3 days office)

Package: £50-55k + bonus + benefits

We are currently looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join a premium snacking brand in their fast paced team! The company is looking for someone with experience in an FMCG Brand Marketing role to take their next step into a Senior Brand Manager role.

As Senior Brand Manager you will be a key member of the team, driving brand awareness & and penetration, building strong relationships with our consumers and ensuring that their products reach as many people as possible.

The role will be actively involved in the company’s brand performance tracking as well as working alongside sales and commercial teams to implement the brand plans and strategy.

You will be a brand champion and develop and activate brand plans for the UK market. They have been growing at an increasing pace and are looking at exciting growth plans over the coming months.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Customer Activation
• Brand partnerships, influencers, and community
• Product management
• New product launches
• Consumer insights and portfolio performance

This role would suit someone with the following:

• Currently in a Brand Manager or SBM role within FMCG
• Experience within social media
• Experience of working with influencers
• Passion for food
• Creative
• Dynamic and people-focused
