Sales Lead
Location: Working from Home with daily access to London
Salary: £50k – £65k

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing current accounts and developing new accounts, selling sustainable ingredients
You Will:
- Grow the brand’s client base by actively seeking new partnerships
- Nurture and manage new and existing relationships
- Improve sales and brand awareness at key accounts
- Grow partnerships in corporate sales, finding new opportunities for co-branded or customized products
- Keep track of all sales activities in CRM and systematically grow the B2B customer database
- Stay informed on market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Train and educate (potential) clients on the product range, supported by the Customer Champion team
- Close teamwork with the marketing leader, UK sales team and MT
You have:
- +5 years of work experience in sales and account management
- Knowledge of / connections within the London premium foods industry
- Strong commercial outlook and an ability to drive revenue growth and brand awareness (Highly Important)
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Articulate and convincing in English (any additional language is a bonus)
- Self-starting and a hands-on mentality
