Position: RGM Director / Consultant
Package: £750-£850 per day. Long Term Contract

We are working on behalf of a globally recognized FMCG business with it’s HQ based in the south east. Our client is a leader in the industry, committed to innovation and excellence in delivering high-quality products to consumers worldwide.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual at the Head of RGM or RGM Director level to take on a pivotal contract role within our client’s organizational structure. As a key player in the company’s success, you will be responsible for driving Revenue Growth Management strategies across various markets, collaborating with clusters to enhance RGM capabilities.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and execute Revenue Growth Management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with market clusters to develop and implement effective RGM initiatives.
- Consultancy: Serve as an internal consultant, providing expertise to local teams and guiding them in the delivery of comprehensive Revenue Growth Management solutions.
- Market Development: Drive the development of RGM capabilities within different markets, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of RGM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience at the Head of RGM or RGM Director level within the FMCG industry.
- Expertise in developing and implementing successful Revenue Growth Management strategies.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse market clusters.
- In-depth understanding of global RGM best practices and trends.
- Excellent communication and consultancy skills to guide and support local teams.
