This role will suit someone coming from a revenue growth management, category management or national account management background within the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Lead pricing, promotion, and product strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to optimize revenue streams.
  • Analyse performance data and key metrics to ensure targets are met, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive new revenue initiatives and support the launch of new products and services.
  • Ensure effective channel management and distribution strategies to maximize reach and profitability.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a similar revenue growth or commercial strategy role, ideally within the FMCG or food sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Experience in pricing strategies, promotional planning, and channel management.
  • A collaborative approach, with excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Highly results-driven with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of the UK food market and consumer trends.
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
