A premium food retailer is looking for an Operations Manager to join their business. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading retail and store teams in London.

In this role, you will be delivering and improving the retail experience across the business by delivering high retail standards, operational efficiency, and effective product availability through the retail stores.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a premium food retailer or hospitality brand as a Retail Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously strive to enhance current operational methods and grasp the impacts of all initiatives on store operations.

• Challenge existing and future processes to ensure efficiency and relevance.

• Prioritise customer-centric decision-making, fostering a culture of high performance and ongoing enhancement

• Incorporate insights from past experiences into future strategies and plans.

• Actively solicit input from team members and customers to identify streamlined approaches

• Inspire and lead Retail teams across stores to drive innovation and performance.

• Effectively communicate details to stakeholders.

• Demonstrate confidence and resilience, influencing peers and senior colleagues alike.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have experience working in a Retail Ops role or Area Manager role within premium food retailer or hospitality

• Be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of all aspects of Retail Operations

• You are comfortable and able to provide reports and analysis of financial position and forecast

• Be a great communicator with excellent influencing and negotiating skills
