Position: QHSE Manager

Location: Gelderland, Netherlands

Salary: €5,500 – €6,500 gross monthly

Lime Talent are excited to be partnering with a Global FMCG Business in Gelderland on a newly created role, we are hiring a QHSE Manager. In this position you will be responsible for maintaining management systems according to ISO standards & GFSI Schemes, developing and leading a team of 3 Quality Engineers and implementing continuous improvements across key processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance for FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certifications
• Maintain RIE requirements and associated documentation per ARBO NL law
• Conduct system audits according to ISO/GFSI standards
• Lead Quality, Food Safety, and Health & Safety teams
• Support plant-level implementation of global company standards, reporting and managing QEHS KPIs internally and globally
• Execute and review risk and supplier assessments for food safety
• Oversee automation and digitalization projects related to quality
• Manage Opex & Capex budget for the department
• Identify and mitigate health & safety and environmental hazards, train staff and supervisors on accident prevention and good work practices
• Develop annual business plans for QEHS Management System compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum of a completed relevant higher professional education (HBO level)
• Knowledge and experience with ISO standards and GFSI Schemes
• Proficiency in ISO 45001, 9001:2008, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 is advantageous
• Familiarity with SPC, MSA Studies, Gauge R&R, or similar quality techniques
• Proficient in Quality Tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5S, 5 Why, FMEA, Kaizen
• Experience with database management and documentation control
• Excellent command of Dutch and English languages (spoken and written)
