Our client produces an innovative and premium range of food products, supplying into retail and foodservice. Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to manage the day to day operations of their manufacturing site in London. They are an established brand and have considerable investment so are looking to scale the business and this position will be pivotal in building a strong production team with industry leading systems and processes.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following experience:

• Production management experience in a fast paced, ideally food/drink environment.
• Production planning experience.
• Experience of leading and growing a production team.
• Experience of working for a business that has been through a considerable period of growth.
