London (Hybrid 4 days in the office)
£35,000 – £40,000 + bonus
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Operations manager to join one of the fastest growing consumer goods business who are based in London. This person will be responsible for certain retail accounts, managing relationships with our team in Asia and customer merchandising teams keeping them constantly updated with orders and changing situations, whilst ensuring they adhere to all requirements and are delivered on time.
Operations Manager responsibilities:
- Inputting product information into internal and customer systems
- Processing and managing new customer and supplier orders
- Managing weekly order reports and changes
- Managing the flow of information between our customers and our team overseas, making sure information is shared and actioned promptly
- Acting as the key point of contact for our customers merchandising teams, dealing with day-to-day queries and order amendments.
- Problem solving, managing any issues and ensuring orders are shipped on time.
- Completing ad hoc customer requests for information
You:
- This role would suit someone who has excellent organisational and time management skills, and who remains calm under pressure
- Strong relationship management skills and dealing with a constantly changing flow of information
- Has a strong technical understanding including advanced excel and can process large volumes of data and information
- You’ll do well in this job if you have meticulous attention to detail but can also multitask, manage high volumes of emails and re-prioritise when required
