Position: Operations Analyst

Location: Notting Hill (4 days per week in office)

Package: £35 to 40k

Job Summary:

The role focuses on developing and managing the company’s Data & Systems strategy to support growth. You’ll be part of an innovative drinks business who has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, trend identification, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee digital stock management and master data.
• Lead operational transformation projects to improve data accuracy and efficiency, including enhancements to the S&OP process; waste reduction initiatives; and automation of business reporting.
• Manage global EDI systems, assessing future needs and overseeing implementation.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track KPIs for the operations team and the broader business.
• Drive cultural change within the organization to foster a data-centric mindset.

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a larger FMCG business.
• Thrive in small company environments, demonstrating hands-on flexibility and the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills and a proficiency in Excel and data manipulation, with experience in PowerBI being a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
