An innovative and ethical food company are looking for a National Account Executive to join their growing team. As an enthusiastic team member you will be exposed to many different channels, progressing quickly and helping to expand the customer base.

The business is an ethical company with great products and a ton of NPD in the pipeline which will see them expanding into new product categories. The position will see you working closely with the Sales Director in managing a portfolio of retail and out of home accounts. The role will progress quickly into a Grocery National Account Manager role.

The team are very knowledgeable (and fun!) and are looking for someone who wants to broaden their sales experience and develop their career with them. The head office is based in Buckinghamshire and you will need to be in their Buckinghamshire based office 2-3 days per week with the other days for being home-based or seeing customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively searching for new prospective customers
• Management of direct accounts
• Support the sales director on grocery accounts
• Develop joint business plans
• Analyse the market and keep and eye on competitors

About You

• Sales experience in FMCG
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
• Selling and Negotiation experience
• Confident, enthusiastic and ambitious
• Excellent attention to detail
• Full driving license
• Understand numbers and data!

Salary is c£34,000-£38,000 + Bonus.
