Position: Marketing Manager – Ready-to-Drink (RTD)

Contract: 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: London | Hybrid 3 days in office

We’re working with a fast-scaling consumer business in the health & wellness space, looking for someone to lead their Ready-to-Drink (RTD) category. This brand is a major strategic focus for the business, and they’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of building and delivering the GTM plan.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead the end-to-end marketing approach for the RTD line — from positioning and messaging, to launch execution and ongoing brand building.

You’ll work closely with Digital, Sales, Product and Creative to develop integrated plans that drive awareness, trial and repeat purchase.

This is a genuinely broad, hands-on role with huge exposure and autonomy.

What You’ll Be Doing

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Build and deliver the full GTM plan for the RTD launch.
  • Define the brand positioning, messaging and launch calendar.

Brand & Campaign Activation

  • Develop integrated campaigns across digital, retail, PR, OOH and experiential.
  • Oversee creative output to ensure consistency of tone and storytelling.
  • Lead paid social, influencer activity and community-building content.

Events, Partnerships & Sampling

  • Identify partnerships that align to performance, lifestyle and wellness audiences.
  • Own sampling activity — from planning to execution — to drive trial at scale.
  • Support Sales & Shopper teams with in-store activation and retail visibility.

Insight & Performance

  • Track campaign performance and key commercial metrics.
  • Use insight to optimise plans and inform future activity.

Budget Ownership

  • Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient, high-ROI spend.

About You

  • Previous experience in consumer marketing (FMCG, beverage or wellness ideal).
  • Experience launching or scaling a consumer product — RTD or drinks a plus.
  • Strong grasp of brand building, digital activation and retail marketing.
  • Data-led, commercially minded and comfortable making decisions.
  • Excellent project manager — organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
  • Passionate about health, performance and emerging consumer trends.
