We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join a rapidly growing craft beer business. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the business in a time of growth.

As a Marketing Executive, you will have the unique privilege of shaping the brand’s online presence, event calendar, and various marketing initiatives. You’ll enjoy complete autonomy on your projects, giving you the freedom to bring your innovative ideas to life.

Your role will revolve around the digital landscape, primarily focusing on managing social media platforms and website. In addition to this, you will actively contribute to New Product Development (NPD) projects, driving the brand’s evolution and growth in the craft beer market.

Role Responsibilities

  • Digital media – creating engaging and industry leading communications across our website, and social media
  • Events – leading brand growth by running and attending exciting events from beer festivals across the country, to building our local community engagement through farmers markets and small localised events
  • On Trade Marketing – designing & implementing effective marketing communications to support sell through of our beers within our key trade accounts
  • E-commerce – supporting and improving our website sale conversion rates, including e-mail marketing, SEO, PPC and all direct to consumer comms
  • NPD – supporting on new product development process including label concepts, designs and launch plans working with external agencies and freelancers

About you

  • Experience in a Marketing role in the FMCG industry
  • A passion for Craft Beer
  • Previous experience in managing digital communications for brands
  • Great attention to detail and passion for building strong brands
  • Outgoing, organised, keen to get stuck into things and an excellent communicator
  • Highly motivated self-starter – you’ll be reporting into the Marketing Director – enjoy working both without supervision and within a small close-knit team
