Position: Manufacturing IT Solutions Analyst

Location: Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

Package: up to €65,000.

 

Lime Talent are partnering with a Global FMCG Organization in Cologne on a newly created role, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing IT Solutions Analyst. In this position you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will collaborate closely with project leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project leads to determine project scope and vision, clearly identify project stakeholders and their roles.
• Focus on production process applications on the shop floor level, particularly in scheduling, execution, and reporting of manufacturing and logistics operations within the plant & yard.
• Work proactively with the IT Business Partner to explore new technologies for optimizing business processes.
• Conduct interviews and gather data through various methods such as workshops, questionnaires, surveys, and site visits.
• Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements analysis for each project, defining project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics

Job Requirements:

• College/University degree in business administration, computer science, or information technology (Bachelor’s in IT).
• Deep knowledge of core business processes and operations within a manufacturing organization.
• Good understanding of the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware products.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal, in technical and user-friendly language.
• Full Driving License.
