We are working on behalf of a mission led FMCG company, currently looking for a Head of Supply Chain to join their fast-growing business.

The role will include leading the operations team to make sure your team gets the best coaching and development, as well as keeping the company’s values at the heart of all decisions.

The role includes:

• Managing forecasting, demand, and supply planning
• Manage and build relationships with production partners and set plans and pricing
• Consistently deliver operation KPI’s
• Managing, developing, and growing a supply chain team
• Represent operations by presenting in leadership meetings

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Senior experience within a Supply Chain role
• Shared company values
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Time management and organisational skills
• Excellent analytical and financial skills
• Work calmly under pressure
