Title: Head of Sales, 9 month FTC
Location: London 2 days in the office
Salary: £70-75k + bonus +benefits

The Role:
They are looking for a commercially minded and energetic Head of Sales to lead and scale its UK retail and out-of-home presence. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious sales leader ready to drive strategic growth and deepen retail expansion across key channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive distribution within grocery, high street and online accounts
- Leverage industry contacts and actively generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium retailers to ensure in-store success.
- Work collaboratively to execute a UK sales plan aligned with brand positioning and marketing strategy.
- Gather data on retailer performance and sales trends to optimize listings and drive growth.
- Support marketing activations such as sampling, food fairs, PR campaigns, and in-store events.
- Ensure seamless communication between the company and distributor partners for stock flow, forecasting, and promotions.
