Head of Sales

We are working on behalf of a leading FMCG company that are looking for a Head of Sales to drive exceptional results across retail and on trade clients.

 

They are a leader in their field and the business is well known worldwide. The company holds customers at the heart of their values and aim to be the best at what they do.

 

The key responsibilities of the role are to:

 

  • Develop your team of 8-10 account managers to work to the best of their ability and help further their careers
  • Lead and guide your team to win competition and customers
  • Develop a structure and plan to hold large negotiations with customers while demonstrating a passion for the brand
  • Positively impact the working culture while being a part of the leadership team
  • Deliver consistent outstanding results

 

To be considered for this role you’ll need to display the following:

 

  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to manage and build relationships
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a senior commercial position
  • Be commercially minded
