Role: Head of Marketing
Location: North London, on-site 5 days/week
Salary: Up to £80k [DoE]
We’re representing an innovative retailer seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Marketing to lead their team across B2B and B2C markets. You’ll have full ownership of the marketing strategy, managing both online and in-store initiatives, including digital campaigns, online branding, and in-store POS activations.
Duties:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leading the team to deliver campaigns across digital, social, and in-store platforms.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal spend and ROI, while promoting the business’ own brands and ensuring their market positioning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution, monitor performance, and make data-driven improvements.
- Design multi-channel campaigns to enhance customer engagement and brand recognition, track market trends and customer behaviour, and manage in-store signage, POS displays, and digital screens.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with strong leadership skills, particularly in mentoring and developing teams.
- Solid track record in creating and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and multi-channel campaigns is essential, along with strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets to maximize impact and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams is also required.
