A new opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, ethical food business in a newly created Head of Marketing position. The company are a fantastic challenger brand that produce healthy, natural food products and are going through a significant phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of consumers to inform brand, marketing, and product strategies.
  • Manage all aspects of shopper marketing, including coordinating the design and production of POS materials for retail partners.
  • Seek organic PR opportunities to raise brand awareness.
  • Manage social media presence
  • Establish brand partnerships and collaborations.

The company is a challenger brand and they have products in a number of rapidly expanding sub-categories. All of their products are natural and the company has a big focus on the provenance and sustainability credentials of their ingredients.

The key requirements of the Head of Marketing are:

  • Previous experience in a marketing role from within the FMCG industry
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a start-up environment
  • An interest in sustainability and making a positive difference
  • Good all-rounder who can manage projects in brand, trade, PR, social media, etc
