Our client is an exciting new Logistics proposition to the UK who are looking to build a first class Customer Experience team to help deliver on their ambitious expansion plans. As Head of Customer Experience you will be tasked with designing and implementing a customer experience offering and team from scratch. You will be responsible for implementing systems, setting KPIs, hiring, training and growing an exceptional customer experience team.

Head of Customer Experience responsibilities:

  • Owning and implementing the customer experience strategy for the UK.
  • Hiring and building a CS team
  • Implementing innovative systems and processes, making business cases for new technology to streamline service
  • Create detailed customer journey maps based on key data, audiences and favoured outcomes
  • Devise and implement insightful customer experience feedback mechanisms
  • Promoting the customer perspective ensuring that it’s reflected throughout the service and customer journey.
  • Build metrics that contribute to data driven decision making
  • Promoting a customer centric culture

Head of Customer Experience requirements

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Experience heading up a customer experience team, ideally built from an early stage.
  • Experience reporting into director level and able to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience engaging with customers through Social media and other new channels
  • Able to work in a high growth, fast aced and ever changing environment.
