Position: Grocery National Account Manager

Location: Central London (3 days in the office)

Package: £50k – 55k + bonus/ benefits

Our client, a B Corp based in central London, is seeking an ambitious National Account Manager to join the team. With a strong passion for flavour and sustainability, they aim to drive their delicious food range, offering consumers a combination of health-based meals while making a positive impact on the world!

This role involves leading top 4 grocery accounts and some high street accounts, along with identifying and winning new accounts. The successful candidate will collaborate with others to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on grocery accounts
  • Identify and win new grocery accounts
  • Develop and execute category-defining account plans to deliver step-change growth in new and existing channels
  • Manage your own P/L
  • Work collaboratively with other departments


  • Have previous experience working on grocery accounts and new business
  • Possess a strong ability to develop relationships
  • Are adaptable and forward-thinking
  • Have a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams
