Job Role: National Account Manager (Grocery)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Circa £55,000 + Benefits
A fast-growing beverage business is looking for a National Account Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key Grocery accounts with the aim of developing and growing them.
With full P&L ownership, this position offers a broad range of responsibilities and opportunities for career progression within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with your customers
- Create and implement customer business plans and annual joint business plans to achieve agreed objectives and targets.
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and develop insights to drive growth.
- Monitor and manage customer profitability and pricing to ensure profitable growth.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and terms of trade with customers
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience managing grocery accounts
- P/L Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Exceptional accuracy and numeracy skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proactive and takes initiative.
