We are in search of a highly skilled and seasoned individual to undertake the pivotal role of European RGM Controller within our client’s organizational structure. Playing a crucial role in the company’s success, you will spearhead Revenue Growth Management strategies across diverse markets, fostering collaboration with clusters to enhance RGM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Execute and lead Revenue Growth Management strategies in alignment with organizational goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with market clusters to formulate and implement effective RGM initiatives.

Consultancy: Serve as an internal consultant, offering expertise to local teams and guiding them in delivering comprehensive Revenue Growth Management solutions.

Market Development: Propel the development of RGM capabilities within different markets, ensuring alignment with global best practices.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of RGM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in RGM at a senior level within the FMCG industry.
