There is a unique opportunity to join a well-known, premium drinks brand as a Customer Marketing Manager.  The high growth and established business are looking for a candidate to join their experienced team and grow the brand across their key off-trade channel.  The ideal candidate will have proven success of turning customer insight into retail execution plans.


The responsibilities of the Customer Marketing Manager are:


  • Develop an off-trade marketing plan, in line with the company marketing strategy
  • Manage yearly marketing budgets to ensure maximum investment returns
  • Ensure implementation of the drinks range across key customers
  • Develop a plan to grow the online channel
  • Report directly to the Marketing Controller


To be a successful Customer Marketing Manager, you will have:

  • Experience in a shopper marketing role
  • Digital commerce experience
  • Customer facing responsibilities with a track record of influencing to achieve success
  • Extensive understanding of the UK retail landscape
  • Passionate about the FMCG industry
  • Great communicator, influencer, and team player
