About the Role:

The Business Development Manager plays a critical role within the company’s commercial team, focusing on expanding its physical presence and market reach through partnerships and channels beyond its DTC business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development: The role focuses on expanding the company’s OOH channels, brand partnerships, and European markets.
  • Account Management: Full responsibility for P&L management for OOH accounts, ensuring revenue, distribution, and margin targets are met. This involves developing strategic business partnerships and negotiating JBPs
  • New Business: Winning new national accounts and forming commercial agreements that align with long-term growth objectives, especially in key European markets like the UK and Ireland.
  • Distributors: Establishing and managing relationships with distribution partners across the UK, Ireland, and the EU to ensure successful market penetration.
  • Strategic Input: Working on channel strategies to increase market share and align with the company’s growth ambitions, while ensuring high ROI from promotional activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the UK OOH market.
  • Proven track record for winning new business, ideally within HoReCa, office space, leisure, or wholesalers.
  • Proficiency in managing customer accounts and creating JBPs.
  • Passion for the company’s mission of promoting sustainability.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of navigating P&L statements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and independently tackle challenges.
