Are you a high-performing Consultant or PE professional ready to build something exceptional?

We’re supporting a high-growth global consultancy to hire an Associate Partner for their newly created UK Value Creation & Transformation function. This is a rare opportunity to lead and scale a practice focused on delivering tangible, accelerated performance improvements (EBITDA, cash flow, cost optimisation) across Private Equity-backed businesses.

The Opportunity

• Build and lead a brand-new Value Creation team in the UK
• Deliver high-impact transformation projects across portfolio companies
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and investment teams
• Drive new business growth – leveraging your relationships and market knowledge
• Shape methodologies, thought leadership, and best-in-class delivery

We’re Looking For

• A strong background in M&A, Strategy Consulting, or Private Equity
• Expertise in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operational Transformation
• Proven ability to originate and deliver consulting work
• Experience working in or with PE-backed businesses
• A credible, hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial spirit
