Position: Head of Strategy & Pricing
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + Benefits
We’re working with a high-growth multi-site business who are looking to hire a Head of Strategy & Pricing to help shape the commercial direction of the business and unlock new opportunities for growth.
This role sits close to the executive team and will play a key part in developing the company’s strategic roadmap, driving pricing strategy and using customer and commercial insights to inform key business decisions.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capability with strategic thinking, helping the business understand where to play, how to price, and how to optimise performance across its estate.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence senior stakeholders and help steer the organisation through its next phase of growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development of the company’s commercial and pricing strategy across multiple locations
- Analysing customer behaviour, trading performance and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Providing strategic insight to the executive team to support key commercial decisions
- Optimising pricing, promotions and product mix to drive revenue and profitability
- Identifying new opportunities for expansion, investment and customer experience improvement
- Partnering with teams across marketing, operations, finance and digital to ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable commercial impact
- Developing robust insight frameworks and performance metrics to guide decision making
Key attributes we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in commercial strategy, pricing strategy or business insights
- Experience working in a multi-site retail, leisure or hospitality business
- A proven ability to translate data and market insight into clear strategic recommendations
- Excellent commercial acumen and strong analytical capability
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting strategic insight at leadership level
- A highly structured and strategic thinker who is comfortable working with both data and ambiguity
- Strong communication and presentation skills
