This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Marketing Executive to join a dynamic portfolio of consumer brands and play a key role in bringing campaigns, launches, and retail activity to life.

Reporting into the Brand Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of brand plans across digital, commercial, and retail channels. You’ll be hands-on in delivering activity, tracking performance, and bringing valuable insight into the team. It’s an ideal role for someone early in their career who is ready to deepen their experience and grow towards broader brand ownership.

The Role

As Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of brand strategy and ensure marketing activity runs smoothly, on time, and in line with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the execution of brand plans across digital, retail, and commercial channels
  • Tracking and reporting on brand KPIs, sales performance, campaign results, and promotions
  • Assisting with in-store activations, promotional activity, and campaign rollouts
  • Supporting new product launches, artwork development, and packaging updates
  • Analysing consumer behaviour, sales data, and campaign results to generate actionable insights
  • Monitoring competitor activity, category trends, pricing, and retailer dynamics
  • Collaborating with sales, supply chain, agencies, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery
  • Supporting innovation and renovation projects across the brand portfolio

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, brand, or commercial role

  • Curiosity about consumers, trends, and the retail landscape
