Position: Senior Brand Manager (FMCG Food)
Location: Greater London (Hybrid role: 3 days a week in the office)

Ready to take ownership of a brand at a pivotal growth stage? This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-growing consumer business as a Senior Brand Manager. You’ll combine the strategic rigour of FMCG brand building with the pace and creativity of a startup environment, shaping how the brand shows up across digital and retail channels.
You’ll play a central role in refining brand positioning, driving awareness and conversion, and laying the foundations for scalable retail growth. This role offers real ownership, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to deliver measurable commercial impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and delivering brand plans aligned them to wider business growth objectives.
- Refining brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging to resonate with target consumers.
- Leading the innovation pipeline, supporting the development and launch of emerging brands.
- Driving digital-first brand growth across social, content, influencers, paid media, CRM, and eCommerce.
- Using performance data and consumer insights to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
- Preparing the brand for retail expansion, ensuring packaging, pricing, and promotions meet retailer and shopper expectations.
- Supporting launches into new channels including grocery, convenience, and DTC.
- Managing external agencies to deliver impactful, on-brand creative and campaigns.
- Owning the budget and tracking performance against agreed KPIs.
- Line managing and developing one direct report.
Key criteria we are looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in brand management, ideally within FMCG and/or startup or SME environments.
- Proven track record of building or scaling brands digitally, driving measurable growth and engagement.
- Experience launching products into retail and eCommerce channels.
- Strong understanding of consumer insight, digital marketing, and retail dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Creative, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and people-management skills.
