Position: UK Country Manager

Package: Circa £125,000 + Package

We’re working on behalf of an international FMCG group to hire a Country Manager to lead their UK business — a £multi-million operation with a strong brand portfolio and a high-performing team already in place.

This is a pivotal role for someone who wants full ownership of the UK P&L, the strategy, the people, and the long-term growth agenda.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the UK organisation (c.16 people) with direct reports across Sales, Marketing, Finance & Operations
• Owning the UK P&L — driving revenue, margin, market share and EBITDA
• Setting and delivering the commercial strategy for the UK
• Developing annual plans, budgets and longer-term roadmaps
• Strengthening customer relationships across Key Accounts, Wholesale, Convenience and Specialist channels
• Coaching, developing and inspiring the UK team while fostering a high-performance culture
• Working closely with the wider European leadership teams

What we’re looking for

• Strong commercial leadership gained in FMCG
• Experience leading multi-functional teams in a fast-moving environment
• A strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with hands-on execution
• Someone confident managing budgets, forecasts and complex stakeholder groups
• Comfortable operating in a matrix with international HQs
