Supply Chain Manager

  • London

Position: Supply Chain Manager – Food & Beverage Production

Location: London (Hybrid)

3 month contract initially, looking for an immediate start

Type: Full-time | Growing Functional Food Business

Are you an organised, proactive project manager with a passion for high-quality food and beverage production? Join our fast-scaling functional food business in London and help us deliver exceptional liquid products — from condiments and syrups to popsicles and beyond — to clients who care about quality as much as we do.

The Role

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of our F&B liquid production runs — overseeing everything from planning and procurement through to manufacturing, logistics, and final delivery. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations, perfect for someone who loves driving multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end production runs across condiments, syrups, popsicles, and other liquid products — from scheduling to client delivery.
  • Keep projects on time and on budget, tracking milestones and financials throughout.
  • Coordinate across teams — procurement, logistics, and account management — to keep production moving smoothly.
  • Liaise with manufacturing partners in London (Vauxhall) and New York, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication.
  • Uphold quality standards, collaborating with QA to meet regulatory and brand requirements.
  • Solve problems fast, identifying risks early and implementing corrective actions.
  • Champion continuous improvement, reviewing post-run outcomes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Report clearly and concisely on project status, KPIs, and risks for internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5+ years’ project management experience in F&B manufacturing, beverages, or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of liquid/semi-liquid production (syrups, sauces, condiments, etc.).
  • Experience managing multi-site or international production.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and procurement processes.
  • Working knowledge of food quality and safety standards (HACCP, BRC desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach — calm under pressure, always ready to adapt.

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented but commercially aware.
  • Collaborative, communicative, and energised by teamwork.
  • Passionate about food, beverages, and operational excellence.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a growing, purpose-driven company reshaping functional food.
  • Work across exciting international projects.
  • Collaborate with a small, ambitious team where your ideas make an impact.
  • Enjoy a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture with real ownership and growth opportunities.
