Package: £55,000+ £65,000 + Package
A fast-growing, globally recognised consumer brand is seeking a Senior International Marketing Manager to lead its international marketing strategy across key markets. This role is ideal for a strategic marketing leader with a global mindset and a proven ability to grow brand presence across diverse regions. You’ll play a key role in developing market-specific strategies, building commercial partnerships, and driving brand performance internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of international marketeers both at HQ and in key regions
- Create and implement engaging marketing and training assets; support knowledge-sharing across global markets
- Develop and execute regional brand strategies in collaboration with B2B and B2B2C distribution partners
- Maintain strong relationships with agencies, influencers, and key opinion leaders to drive brand impact
- Work closely with internal teams including product development and sales to align marketing efforts with broader business goals
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, translating insights into actionable plans
- Support financial planning and pricing strategy, overseeing budgets and performance reporting

About You:

- Business degree or MBA
- Prior experience in budget management, pricing strategy, or commercial negotiations
