Position: Head of Sales

Location: London (1/2 days a week in the office)

Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 + bonus

This is a rare opportunity to join the senior leadership team of a fast-scaling, founder-led challenger brand in the premium food and drink space. With deep heritage in product sourcing and supply, the business has recently transitioned into branded consumer products and is now seeing strong traction across retail, foodservice, and eCommerce channels.

Product quality, transparency, and sustainability are at the heart of their mission — they’ve built a unique brand that’s resonating with buyers and consumers alike.

They are hiring a commercially driven, entrepreneurial leader to take full ownership of the brand’s commercial agenda. You’ll lead day-to-day growth with key retail and foodservice customers, while shaping the long-term commercial strategy across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning commercial targets and P&L across all routes to market
  • Driving growth with existing customers and securing new listings
  • Managing strategic accounts across grocery, hospitality, and D2C/eComm
  • Building and leading a small but ambitious commercial team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply
  • Reporting KPIs and making data-led recommendations for expansion

About You:

  • Experience in FMCG commercial roles, ideally within a high-growth, challenger or scale-up brand
  • Proven success in securing listings and driving account performance
  • Strong cross-channel experience (grocery, foodservice, and/or eCommerce)
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial strategy skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on, adaptable approach
